Wafa Oubella, ACC, CPC, CRS

Wafa is a former investment banker in New York and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Sciences Po Paris, one of France’s leading institutions. A certified professional coach since 2019, she has supported numerous professionals and executives working in demanding fields such as finance and law, helping them refine their career paths, build more fulfilling careers, or recover after burnout.

Since then, she has earned 4 coaching certifications from renowned institutions in the United States. In 2022, she became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). In 2023, she added certifications as a Career and Life Transition Coach and a Health and Wellness Coach, also through iPEC. Since 2023, she has held the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global governing body for the coaching profession. In early 2025, she earned her Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS) designation and became a member of Career Professionals of Canada.
